Escape to the island of Sark and Stocks Island Hotel Originally built as a farmhouse in 1741, Stocks became an hotel in 1895.
It is now the home of the Armorgie family who personally run this small and exclusive holiday country house hotel, the lovely old granite buildings which form the hotel and annex lie in a wooded valley leading down to the well known Dixcart Bay .
