Financial loss - To indemnify the insured person(s) in respect of their net ascertained financial loss sustained arising from the cancellation or curtailment of any one component part or series of parts of the the travel arrangements arising solely from the insolvency of the Entity(ies) on which performance of any one component part or series of parts of the itinerary depends.
