A short walk behind the Hotel is the beautiful landscaped reservoir of Queen's Valley, a haven for nature lovers & walkers alike. One mile will take you to the village of Gorey with the Jersey Potteries, famous for its restaurant & seafood specialities. The picturesque harbour of Gorey is a further half a mile along a flower filled promenade, where Al Fresco eating & drinking takes place, beneath the towering ramparts of Mont Orgueil Castle. A truly wonderful setting to appreciate the real beauty of Jersey. For 2008 the Beachcombers restaurant will be fully refurbished with wood flooring & the reception will be totally refurbished with new marble floors.
